The Swedish Microwave Ka-Band Quad System provides simultaneous reception of the full Ka-Band 17.30-22.30 GHz. The system consists of a Ka LNA Wideband with waveguide isolator, four Ka BDC’s with waveguide isolators, splitters and matched HF cables.

Options include customised LO, customised frequency ranges, customised gain, separate DC power input and separate input for the external 10 MHz reference. As an option the SMW M&C interface provides possibility to daisy chain several units in one Modbus RTU RS485 network for the optional Alarm and Monitoring & Control functionality.
