The Spacepath STS600C 600W C Band Compact GaN BUC uses Spacepath’s patent pending Z-combining method and advanced GaN technology to achieve a power density – up to 1000W Psat in this compact 58 x 38 x 30cm form factor while only weighing in at 49Kg.
