This series of BUC/SSPB from Spacepath allows significantly higher power Solid State Power Block-Up Converter (SSPB)/ Block-Up Converter (BUC) size and weight reduction and at the same time substantially improves thermal efficiency, which leads to higher reliability and longer MTBF. The Spacepath STS1000C 1000W C Band Compact GaN BUC is offered with a 3-year warranty.

The Spacepath STS1000C 1000W C Band Compact GaN BUC uses Spacepath’s patent pending Z-combining method and advanced GaN technology to achieve a power density – up to 1000W Psat in this compact 58 x 38 x 30cm form factor while only weighing in at 49Kg.
