Description

The Kymeta U8’s Radome is coated with a hydrophobic coasting to repel water and stop it pooling on the radome’s surface. The hydrophobic coating ensures optimal performance as any water or dew on the radome will absorb the satellite signal attenuating the signal and reducing your bandwidth.
