The iDirect Evolution X7 Satellite Modem allows service providers to provide the data speeds required for bandwidth-intensive corporate applications and multicast services such as IP TV, distance learning, HD broadcast, digital signage, and video. In addition, the iDirect Evolution X7 Satellite Modem has an 8-port integrated switch for handling numerous user groups.
The rack-mountable remote has two totally independent DVB-S2 demodulators with numerous inbuilt power supply unit options. This makes it ideally suitable for a variety of enterprise voice and data services while receiving multicast channels over the same or a second transponder or satellite – even combining spot-beam HTS capacity and Ku Band- and C-band capacity.
