The Av-Comm 3.7-4.2GHz C Band 5G Bandpass Waveguide Filter is designed for use with C Band satellite systems to filter out 5G interference to ensure robust and reliable reception of C Band satellite signals. The Av-Comm 3.7-4.2GHz C Band 5G Waveguide Filter offers 70dB of rejection @ 120MHz beyond the passband. The Av-Comm 3.7-4.2GHz C Band 5G Waveguide Filter also offered to lowest insertion loss of any waveguide filter we have tests in real world conditions.

The Av-Comm 3.7-4.2GHz C Band 5G Bandpass Waveguide Filter is designed to be fitted to installation in conjunction with our bandpass filtered range of C Band LNBs to provide the highest level of immunity against sources of C Band terrestrial interference. The Av-Comm 3.7-4.2GHz Standalone C Band pass Filter is easily installed between the feedhorn and LNB and is provided with a gasket and stainless steel hardware kit.

Av-Comm has written a 5G C Band Terrestrial Interference White Paper describing the issues caused in the reception of C Band signal in areas where 5G and other sources of terrestrial interference impact and degrade the reception of C Band satellite signals.

We offer an additional test & calibration service whereby our technical team can provide sweep testing of cables and waveguide to measure and document specific performance data for each assembly. We also recommend all cable and waveguide assemblies are temperature cycled; this normalises any dielectric and gasket seating ensuring optimum performance and overall stability of the assembly.
