Av-Comm engineer Garry Dawson nominated for Lifetime Achievement Award at 2022 Australian Space Awards

Australian Space Awards – One of our engineers Garry Dawson was nominated for the Lifetime Achievement Award, Av-Comm purchased a table at the awards and attended the event in support of Garry who at this stage had very advanced cancer. Garry Dawson was an Air Force veteran who suffered a unique type of cancer as a direct result of his service in the Air Force. It was an incredible evening and unfortunately Garry wasn’t successful in his nomination.
