Av-Comm CEO speaks on APSCC panel
Our Chief Executive Officer, Michael Cratt, attended the Asia-Pacific Satellite Communications Council Conference & Exhibition (APSCC 2023) which was held from the 10th to the 12th of October at the Sheraton Imperial in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Michael was selected to be on a panel which was the first time there had been an Australasian panel at this event.
Joining Michael on the panel was Phil Ridley, CEO of Quasar Satellite Technologies, David Ball, Regional Director of Australia New Zealand, Lockheed Martin, and Ben Cade, CEO of Myriota. Kevin French from Talk Satellite was the moderator and the topic discussed was Australasia: Living up to high expectations and ambitions in a competitive space environment. Australia has experienced an upsurge in companies looking outside of the Commonwealth for their business. Among them there are traditional exporters looking to up their game in a competitive arena, and new players with latest technological developments looking to hook into the wealth of opportunities that the burgeoning satellite ecosystem is bringing.
