Blue Origin’s New Glenn Soars to New Heights!
Blue Origin successfully launched its powerful New Glenn rocket (NG-1) on its maiden flight from Cape Canaveral Force Station, Florida, on 16 January 2025. Despite challenging weather, the rocket reached its intended orbit, marking a significant milestone in commercial space exploration. The mission paves the way for future endeavours, including lunar missions and satellite deployments.

ViaLite RF over Fibre GNSS & GPS Link Systems
The ViaLite RF over Fibre GNSS & GPS Link System allows for timing distribution and accurate synchronisation using GPS-derived timing signals.
The ViaLite 3RU Rack Chassis can hold up to 13 RF dual cards (up to 26 links) plus an SNMP card and two power supplies. The ViaLite 3RU Rack Chassis design uses an integrated backplane for connectivity.

Industry News: Australia’s first ever commercial spacecraft re-entry
Varda Space Industries has just launched its second orbital processing spacecraft, W-2, soon making history as Australia’s first commercial spacecraft re-entry at the Koonibba Test Range in South Australia. Southern Launch has been instrumental in getting all the necessary Australian approvals and managing the entire re-entry process, proving their dedication to the Aussie space industry.
Southern Launch isn’t stopping there—they’re teaming up with Varda for the next three W-Series missions, playing a key role in pushing forward commercial in-space manufacturing. The W-2 capsule, packed with advanced payloads and pharmaceutical reactors, will take advantage of the unique microgravity environment to create better pharmaceutical formulations.
