What began as a small business built on technical expertise, hard work, and strong customer relationships has evolved into a company delivering complex communications infrastructure, sovereign ground segment capability, field services, systems integration, and engineering support across the space, defence, and communications sectors.

Over the past four and a half decades, the industry has transformed dramatically. From traditional satellite communications through to today’s rapidly evolving multi-orbit and space-enabled environments, Av-Comm has continued to adapt, innovate, and grow alongside our customers and partners.

As we look toward the next 10 years, our focus is on continuing to expand Australian sovereign capability, supporting the growth of the national space sector, strengthening our international presence, and investing in the next generation of engineering, technical, and field services expertise.

We see enormous opportunity ahead in satellite communications, defence, Earth observation, and space infrastructure, and we remain committed to delivering reliable, scalable, and Australian-made solutions that support critical operations in some of the world’s most challenging environments.

Most importantly, this milestone belongs to the people who have helped shape Av-Comm over the last 45 years — our staff, customers, partners, and supporters.
